› At the dawn of the third millennium, a series of scientific discoveries and radical advances in technology have shaken the world. But the enemies of old are still on the loose. Taking advantage of the general feeling of insouciance and optimism, Black Jack and the other members of the crime syndicate have discreetly taken control of all key positions in this fast evolving society, and are quickly shaping them in their favor.
One man though sees clearly through their conniving tricks, because he himself is a trickster, a manipulator, the king of them all. This man is Ace Cooper-The Magician.
Accompanied by Cosmo, his young cohort and Vega, an old-fashioned and incorruptible cop, the international star of magic has decided to wage battle against the plague of corruption

which is spreading behind the glittering facades of this society of fun and leisure. Whenever an unresolved mystery is discovered, each time a corrupt politician decides to hush up an inquiry, our heroes will be there!
