    Re-purchasing of shares held by CITA (capital investment fund) by MDP Audiovisuel, Xilam Group and Xilam Animation and launching of production for the series Hubert and Takako, Season #2 of the Daltons and the animation feature, Oggy and the Cockroaches, the Movie (national release date, August 7th, 2013)
